Original Question:
We are looking for creative ways to measure outcomes for our inpatient therapy department. We currently report WeeFIM scores for specific diagnoses (TBI and SCI) but we have a very wide variety of diagnoses and reasons for admission. Some of our patients are not what we consider a true “rehab” admission, but they do receive some therapy services and we would like to capture those patients as well as the rehab patients. What else do you all use to measure outcomes?
