RCPA

The IPRC is proudly sponsored by the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA).

RCPA is one of the largest state health and human services trade groups in the nation, with more than 300 members serving over a million Pennsylvanians per year.  It was formed in 2013 through the merger of the Pennsylvania Community Providers Association (PCPA) and the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (PARF), following a long history of cooperation and partnerships among the two previous organizations. As a single entity,

  • RCPA is even more effective at promoting a community-based, responsive, and viable system of agencies and facilities to provide quality services for individuals facing the challenges of intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities; mental illnesses; and substance abuse disorders.
  • RCPA will continue the mission to enhance advocacy, education, information, and policy development on behalf of those in need and to expand networking and training for association members.
  • As RCPA, a new era of community provider and rehabilitative services now exists in Pennsylvania. Members operate in every county.

Members offer programs that include mental health, intellectual disability, addictive disease, other related human services, brain injury, physical disabilties & aging, and medical and vocational rehabilitation.
