BSRI use for pediatrics

Several months ago, we discussed different assessment tools different hospitals use. Someone mentioned using the BSRI (Behavioral Signs of Respiratory Instability). Reading articles about BSRI, it sounds like a tool that would be beneficial for us at our facility. Does anyone have information on how to administer and what the scores mean?
