Original Question(s):
- Do your physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and/or audiologists have scheduled work from home time? If yes, what type of work are they doing from home and what is the frequency of that work from home?
- Does your organization use a PPL/PTO (combined bank of vacation, personal, and sick days) or separate them out into different buckets?
- If team members test positive for COVID and are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms (feel well enough to work) but are in their isolation period/can’t physically go to work, do you provide flexibility to work from home on projects during that time? If so, are there any adjustments made to productivity expectations, or is there an expectation that productivity “levels out” to typical expectations over a period of time (e.g. by the end of the quarter, by the end of the year, something else?)?
- Are there any other approaches to required time off due to positive COVID test that your organization takes that is not mentioned above?
