Original Question:
We have had an increase in orders from our Hem-Onc LIPs for an OT evaluation of the patients’ baseline prior to the patient receiving stem cell transplant or bone marrow transplants. I am wondering if other facilities are doing this and, if so, which standardized OT assessments have you found to be beneficial?
