Original Question(s): Our therapists currently provide support within our ambulatory physician clinics. In many situations they are not providing a full evaluation and are only spending a small amount of time (5-15 min) with each patient. For anyone who has therapist in similar situations, would you mind sharing what your therapists are charging for PT, OT and ST services.
- Does your therapist add any certain documentation to support the use of the modifier?
- Are any of your using modifier 52 or other modifier to signify a shortened session?
