Easing the Transition from Pediatric to Adult Services for Individuals with Special Health Needs
A discussion for pediatric rehabilitation providers.
The IPRC invites all pediatric rehabilitation providers to join us as we host a group discussion on how to ease the transition from pediatric to adult services for individuals with special health needs. Bring questions, ideas, and case studies to discuss. Providers from all settings are welcome to attend.
Please come prepared to share. 
Questions, Policies, Guidelines, Experiences, and Resources are welcomed.
