Introducing: Dr. Christian Niedzwecki, IPRC Steering Committee Member
Meet Dr. Niedzwecki. Christian is a Pediatric Physiatrist and is the Medical Director of the Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas and also an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine. Christian joined the IPRC steering Committee in 2016 and is highly interested in research and outcomes related to the efficacy of pediatric rehabilitation. His passion to provide the best possible care drives his practice, his research, and great discussions within the Steering Committee.When asked about his experience on the Steering Committee, Christian responded, “Being a part of the IPRC Steering Committee has been an amazing experience that has allowed me to brainstorm ideas for the future of pediatric rehabilitation with some of the brightest minds and biggest hearts in the profession.”
In his free time, Dr. Niedzwecki enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, and cheering on the Houston Astros, Houston Texans, and the Fighting Texas Aggies!
