Meet Anne. Anne is the Director of Clinical Programs at The HSC Pediatric Center in Washington, DC where she oversees Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Feeding, and multiple clinics. She has over 30 years of experience in pediatrics as a physical therapist, manager, and program director.
Anne has a long history of involvement with the IPRC. She faithfully served as chairperson of the Best Practices & Clinical Innovation Committee for several years. In this role, she lead group projects, facilitated networking calls, and helped to compile and distribute resources and best practices on clinical topics. Anne joined the IPRC Steering Committee in 2016 and her leadership is deeply appreciated.
For Anne, investing time in the IPRC is worthwhile because it allows her to collaborate with colleagues and be a part of shaping practices industry-wide. Anne shares, “Being a part of IPRC gives us a window into what others are doing including their successes and challenges. It gives a starting point to continually push the bar.” When not at work, Anne likes to stay active outdoors where she enjoys kayaking on the Chesapeake Bay and cycling on the Maryland Eastern Shore.
