Original Question(s):
- Do you only use precooked or simple step preparation activities such as frozen foods, stir and bake (muffins, pancakes), mac and cheese cups etc. or do you do full meal preparation using some raw and uncooked items?
- If full meal prep, how are you ensuring food handling safety? Any specific staff training or competencies?
- If you are willing to share, what rules, guidelines etc. do you have in place for temperatures of foods, dishwashers, frequency of oven cleaning (how do you check these, how often)?
- Do you follow any specific rules regarding food and equipment storage, even nonperishables? (In ziplock bags, in hard plastic containers, only in original containers, what about if the original container is a cardboard box?)
- How do you handle storage/sanitizing etc of single patient use items vs multiple person use items?
