Original Question:
For those of you who are serial casting for both upper and lower extremity in your outpatient locations, what CPT codes are you utilizing? For example, we have been utilizing: 97760 and 97763, 29515, 29086, 29075. We are being told that the 29000 codes are not payable for PT/OT per our state Medicaid.

Overwhelmingly, the group is only utilizing the 97760 and 97763 codes.
