  1. What are your parameters for speech therapy working with vent patients? What vent settings are you using to be involved?
         *We don’t have set parameters
  2. What PEEP and FiO2 settings are you placing PMV?
         *We will attempt a PMV on PEEP 10 or below
  3. Do your pulmonologists use manometry to help guide use of PMV placement. If so, who is setting the number and what is the number?
         *Transtracheal pressure less than 20cmh20
  4. Are you feeding on high flow nasal cannula? If yes, what is your threshold?

  5. Are you feeding on CPAP and BiPAP? If yes, what is your threshold?

  6. Who is responsible for cuff deflation? Is RT the only person that is doing it?
