It is the intention of the IPRC to act as a repository for resources to guide policy and practice development on diversity, cultural inclusion, implicit bias, and the impact of systemic racism and other inequities within the health sector in order to improve access, quality, and service for under-represented groups.
IPRC members should evaluate these resources prior to distributing to colleagues or staff to ensure that they align with your organizational values.
