Managing COVID-19 Discussion Call Summary, Pediatric ListServ, 3/16/20
The IPRC hosted a discussion call for the Pediatric Director’s Forum on Monday, March 16th to discussion Managing COVID-19. Participants shared current practices and strategies for managing the current crisis. Providers also had opportunity to ask questions of one another.

Discussion questions:
- Has your organization altered visitor/visitation polices?
- Are you providing patient/family health screenings?
- How have you changed meeting structures, frequency, employee travel?
- Have you made specific clinical care changes due to the virus?
- Have you implemented specific policies?
- Does your organization use telemedicine or remote services? What disciplines have used this?
- Have you changed practices regarding group activities or communal treatment areas?
