Course Description
This conference for hearing healthcare professionals will focus on a variety
of medical conditions related to pediatric hearing loss including congenital
cytomegalovirus, Zika virus, autism spectrum disorders and pediatric cancer. This
conference will also address the challenges of delivering a hearing loss diagnosis
to a family and providing empathetic support to them. Experts from the fields
of Audiology, Otolaryngology, Autism, and Oncology will provide an in-depth
look into advanced topics for the pediatric Audiology practitioner. Conference
participants will have the unique opportunity to dialogue with highly respected
professionals whose insight will enrich the management of pediatric patients with
hearing loss.
