A discussion for pediatric rehabilitation providers

12-1 pm EST, 11 am-12 pm CST, 10-11 am MST, 9-10 am PSTThe IPRC invites all pediatric rehabilitation providers to join us as we host a group discussion on Promoting Wellness. Bring questions, ideas, and experiences to discuss. Providers from all settings are welcome to attend.
Please come prepared to share.
Questions, Policies, Guidelines, Experiences, and Resources are welcomed.Questions / Topics to Guide Discussion:
- In what ways does your organization or unit promote wellness for staff/employees?
- What ways does your organization or unit promote wellness for clients/patients/families?
- What strategies have been most effective/ best received by staff and employees?
- What barriers to wellness exist for employees and staff at your organization?
- How does you organization provide support during acute times of increased stress?
- What funding sources exist for wellness activities at your organization?
- In what ways does your organization promote work-life balance?
- What “out of the box” or creative ideas have you tried?
