Rebecca Durham Reder is the Senior Clinical Director in the Division of Occupational Therapy & Physical Therapy at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Becky has invested nearly 40 years of her career at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, leading the therapy team to excellence and providing strategic and clinical direction for the division.
Rebecca received her undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University and went on to receive her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University. She is an Affiliated Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati and is also faculty at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. Rebecca is currently co-investigator for a research study on the Development of a Pediatric Therapy Workload Metric.
Rebecca is well published and is frequently invited to speak on her expertise on a number of topics, including both clinical and systems related topics. She is heavily involved with the American Occupational Therapy Association. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren and traveling.
